Has a place to enter login, but its grayed out and I cant type in it. Not to mention, I dont even have a login for my TV. Completely useless.

Cant connect to brand new 55 in 4K

I use this app only to control my tv. I love the convenience of the app, but on my iPhone 6s Plus, it glitches terribly (looses connection to tv, takes forever to connect to tv). Ive had an issue when I use the scroll bar on the touch pad and it somehow scrolls the entire screen of the app down and displays black above it. I do not like the recent update that changed how you click. It was easier to tap the screen and not have to hit the "grab" button in the bottom left of the screen after each selection.

I use this to watch whatever is on my tv on my iPhone or iPad from another room. NOT! Netflix perfect, Amazon prime movies perfect, this thing stinks.

Loses connection to my tv and the pairing screen will freeze on the tv as if searching. All in all not bad especially for being free.

After updates on Dec 2015, its not connecting my LG 7600 LM in wifi. Pls fix it.

We use this app on our iPhones and iPads to control our tv exclusively (never use physical remote). Since the update, the click feature in the touchpad does not work for us. I have removed and reinstalled the app and the click function is still not working. Please fix this app!

Clicking Function broken

We basically use this for volume control and to change inputs, and even those simple tasks were a bit difficult to do quickly and easily. The app constantly has to reconnect to same the wifi network the TV is on. If you switch to another app for even a second, youll have to reconnect again. It frequently has to re-scan to find the TV. As of mid-December 2015, the app simply stopped working, though nothing has changed in our home. It no longer can find the TV (and weve reset everything imaginable to no avail). Big I could connect to the TV again, I would give it 2 or 3 stars.

Lg needs to put a decent software developer on this the phone keeps disconnecting from the tv the app freezes constantly possibly ad a qwerty keyboard for easier surfing. The thought process is there. Id pay for the ability to use my phone for how much kids lose the remote.

Latest IOS 9.2.1 was installed and the connection to the TV is working again! Thank you.

Tv pointer pad click does not work like earlier version, it was convenient to click on directly on the pointer pad. Please fix the bugs soon or kindly rollback to previous version.

Worked great the first time. Now it wont even connect to tv. Youd think a major company like LG would have the ability to produce a top notch app. Or at least address the issues.

App will not sync to LG 55uf6450. After many tries and online research I have given up. Please fix this issue.

Good concept but please modernize and update UI

Connects to TV only when it feels like it. So annoying.

Previous version worked better. Touchpad barely responsive. Update. Maybe cause of my screen protector but Im love how convenient this app is
