Im guessing most of the negative reviews are due to people not able to connect to their TVs. This is my favorite remote app. Much better than that samsung tv app.

Used to work more or less. Now that I changed to an iPhone 6S it takes ages to find the TV and is not even clicking while using the Netflix app on the TV.

I cant find the remote and we have a password lock on the tv. How can I input the password or even get to the menu to unlock? I cant on my iPhone 6. Ugh. Useless.

Great app except for one major detail. You need to pair it every time you want to use it if you moved from one network to another. Even if you use it with only one tv and save the profile and reconnect to the same network, you need to pair it again. REALLY LAME BUG!

This app is useless. It doesnt support newer lg tv. I think they need update it so it can support webos 2.0

Im able to turn my tv on and off using an application called " SmartGlass " made by Microsoft intended to be use with Xbox one . Now you guys dont even offer that option in the app . They basically have more rights over your own product How a third party console (Xbox One ) has privileges that the manufacture ( LG ) doesnt offer for their own product ( Smart Tv Remote ) ?

Same issues others have been complaining about. App worked well up to Dec 2015. Now it doesnt work at all. Dont waste your time downloading this app.

This application doesnt work for the new LG smart TV I bought yesterday, and based on the other reviews Ive read, it barely works for the TVs that are supported. Remote-control text entry should be a thing of the past. Catch up to the present, LG. Obviously.

What kind of developers do you have working for you? New LG TV and this app doesnt support it....what a waste of time (on your part) developing the app...

Hello, please can you include the model UF6409? The tv is new, smart, even 4k. It shoud work with the app. That would be great!

This app does not work with recent LG TVs. I find it hard that in 2016 manufacturers do not provide apps to control smart TVs through a smart phone

So I guess this app either works for you or it does not. Im glad I tried it, instead of passing it up due to the poor reviews! Maybe its not compatible with your particular model? Well...for me I have no issues as this app is user friendly and works perfectly! My TV is a 2015 Smart TV but was a display model and did not come with a remote. I downloaded this on my iPhone 6 and bam instant remote. And...it is completely FREE! I originally thought I was going to have to purchase a remote, but thanks to this app I dont have to. It has a few more functions than LGs Standard Remote at $19.99, making it more like LGs Magic Remote at $49.99 (I have other LG TVs so I do know what Im talking about). Even more cool... I always have my phone with me, so I dont have to constantly look for the remote anymore. And those other LG TVs I have, this app works with them too! Thank you LG Electronics for making this app and for making it free of charge!
